TENS technology allows you to maximise medicine-free pain relief in the comfort of your own home, with the effect lasting up to 4 hours after use.
The simple and streamlined unit has specifically been designed to provide natural pain relief, treating a variety of conditions including back pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, period pain and spondylitis.
Sessions can be pre-programmed to last between 10 and 60 minutes, while the Easy Start option allows you to easily return to the last program and setting used.
Simply apply the electrode pads to the skin and select the desired intensity to get started.
Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) technology delivers small electrical impulses through the skin to stimulate nerves in the affected area.
These simple pulsations encourage the body to release endorphins and block pain signals to the brain.
The dual channel design allows you to treat 2 areas simultaneously with 4 electrode pads.
Plus, the detachable belt clip makes the device easy to wear, allowing you to freely move around as you use it.

Contraindications
Do Not Use TENS:
If you have a heart pacemaker or have a heart rhythm problem. TENS in the direct vicinity of a pacemaker may affect some models. If TENS is applied on the front of the neck this can affect your heart rate. Very strong TENS across the chest may cause an extra heartbeat.
If you have epilepsy TENS may affect seizure threshold.
During the first three months of pregnancy - It is not known whether TENS may affect foetal development.
On the abdomen in the later stages of pregnancy. Stop using immediately if you experience unexpected contractions.
When driving, operating machinery, or similar actions needing fine control loose pads, damaged leads, or sudden changes in contact may cause brief involuntary muscle movements.
To mask or relieve undiagnosed pain may delay diagnosis of progressive condition.

Recovering from ACL surgery, I was spending a fortune on rehab and the electro-stimulation therapy to rebuild muscle/ease the pain on my knee ligaments.

This is a good product but sorry to say it did not help my back problem which is disappointing, but I am sure it would help muscular problems.

Nothing to dislike, the touch tens machine is perfect such different class to the old tens machine and so nice to be flatter and slimmer, my old one was very bulky.
