    TensCare technology sends gentle stimulation to your pelvic floor through a streamlined probe, working the muscles to develop your own muscle control.

    The clinically tested programmes have been specifically designed to aid stress, urge and mixed incontinence issues, as well as a dedicated aftercare regime.

    The built-in safety features automatically turns the device off after the treatment to avoid over stimulation.

    For best results, we suggest using the time for a period of 12 weeks. However, many women begin to feel the results in as little as 4 weeks.

    Following the initial treatment period, you can maintain strength with the "Tone" programme once a week.

    Please note that due to the nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns.

    The stainless steel in the probe’s metal plates contain some Nickel. This could cause a reaction if you have a Nickel allergy. Alternative gold probe specially made without Nickel is available to purchase from TensCare.

    Caution should be used if you have a copper IUD. If discomfort occurs, discontinue treatment immediately and ask your healthcare professional for advice.

    There is a small risk of stimulating the uterine wall if the IUD is not correctly positioned.
