I wear foundation that many cleansers do not cut through. My foundation is fairly waterproof, and with most cleansers, there is residual makeup left on my skin. This cleanser works wonderfully by itself or with the clarisonic brush tool. I ordered 20 since they are probably going away with Clarisonic
